Objective

  • Promote health and wellbeing at individual and community level.
  • Improve equitable access to and utilization of essential primary and secondary health services
  • Prepare for, prevent and respond to outbreaks of communicable disease and other hazards, including risks during the monsoon and cyclone seasons.

Total target population

3,50,815 beneficiaries under 71,197 HHs in Rohingya and host community people

Geographical Coverage

9 Refugee Camps (1E, 1W, 2W, 3, 9, 10, 13, 15, 18) and 05-unions (Rajapalong, Ratnapalong, Jaliapalong, Palongkhali, Holdiapalong) under Ukhiya Upazila.

Goal

By 2025, reduce malaria annual parasite incidence (API) to less than 1 per 1,000 population at risk in three CHT districts compared to 2019, interrupt local transmission of and eliminate indigenous malaria in phased manner in 10 other endemic districts, determine malaria-free status of remaining 51 districts.

Total population: 1,141,223 (Coax’s Bazar Sadar- 731,700 and Ramu – 409,523)

Objective

Objecve-1: To achieve and sustain universal coverage by early case detection and prompt treatment of all confirmed cases by 2025.

Objecve-2: To achieve and sustain universal coverage of population at risk with appropriate preventive intervention by 2025.

Objecve-3: To strengthen context-specific surveillance in all malaria settigngs and outbreak preparedness and response by 2025.

Objecve-4: To achieve universal coverage through Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) activities for uptake of preventive and curative interventions, optimal community engagement by 2025.

Objecve-5: To strengthen program management, monitoring & evaluation, partnership and coordination by 2025.

Objecve-6: To strengthen and expand research by 2025.
