Objective

  • Promote health and wellbeing at individual and community level.
  • Improve equitable access to and utilization of essential primary and secondary health services
  • Prepare for, prevent and respond to outbreaks of communicable disease and other hazards, including risks during the monsoon and cyclone seasons.

Total target population

3,50,815 beneficiaries under 71,197 HHs in Rohingya and host community people

Geographical Coverage

9 Refugee Camps (1E, 1W, 2W, 3, 9, 10, 13, 15, 18) and 05-unions (Rajapalong, Ratnapalong, Jaliapalong, Palongkhali, Holdiapalong) under Ukhiya Upazila.

  • Health Awareness Session
  • CEHAT and HFCG Meeting
  • Ensuring family planning method
  • Children referred for EPI vaccination
  • Child birth and Mortality Surveillance
  • Household visit, health messaging and referrals
  • Outbreak contact tracing like COVID-19 & Diphtheria
  • Ensuring Institutional Delivery with 4 ANCs and 4 PNCs
