He serves as the President of the Executive Committee of Mukti Cox’s Bazar, where he provides strategic guidance and oversight to one of the region’s most prominent humanitarian organizations. Professionally, he is the Editor of Kalbela Daily Newspaper, a role that underscores his commitment to truth, accountability, and amplifying community voices.

Through his dual leadership in both media and civil society, Sharma has become a trusted figure in Cox’s Bazar, known for his integrity, accessibility, and dedication to public service. His involvement in Mukti Cox’s Bazar strengthens the organization’s credibility and visibility, ensuring strong collaboration with government officials, donors, and community stakeholders. By bridging journalism and humanitarian action, Santosh Sharma continues to play a vital role in advancing social justice, community resilience, and inclusive development in Bangladesh.

Mrs. Zebun Nessa completed BSc(Hons) and  M.Sc from University of Chittagong in Physics and serving as an Assistant professor and Head of Department of Physics at Cox’s Bazar City College. She is a Rotarian, President of INNER WHEEL club of Cox’s Bazar, and renowned social worker and women leader in Cox’s Bazar.

Mrs. Shormin Siddiqua Lima is a respected academic and community leader from Cox’s Bazar. She currently serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Bangla at Cox’s Bazar City College, where she combines her expertise in language and literature with a passion for nurturing young minds. She holds a B.A. (Hons) and M.A. in Bangla, along with a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS), and is pursuing an M.Phil in Bangla as part of her ongoing academic research.

Beyond her academic career, Mrs. Lima is actively engaged in social development and women’s empowerment initiatives in Cox’s Bazar. Her role on the Executive Committee of Mukti Cox’s Bazar reflects her commitment to inclusive education, gender equity, and community resilience. Known for her dedication, integrity, and leadership, she continues to inspire students and community members alike, bridging academia with humanitarian action.

Babla Paul is one of the founding members of Mukti Cox’s Bazar and a respected social leader in the region. He holds an M.Com degree from Jagannath Government College and has been deeply engaged in humanitarian and community development work since Mukti’s inception. Known for his dedication and leadership, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s vision and strengthening its governance.

Since September 1, 2019, Babla Paul has been serving as the General Secretary of Mukti Cox’s Bazar, shouldering this responsibility with effectiveness and integrity. His leadership ensures smooth coordination across programs and enhances Mukti’s ability to deliver impactful humanitarian and development initiatives. As both a founder and current executive leader, he embodies the organization’s values of service, resilience, and community empowerment. Through his long‑standing commitment, Babla Paul has become a trusted figure in Cox’s Bazar, admired for his ability to mobilize communities, foster partnerships, and guide Mukti’s growth.

Advocate Suranjit Paul is a renowned lawyer and respected social activist from Cox’s Bazar. He holds a post‑graduate degree from Southeast University, Dhaka and completed his LLB from Cox’s Bazar Law College, establishing a strong academic foundation for his legal career.

As a practicing lawyer, he has earned recognition for his integrity, dedication, and commitment to justice. Alongside his professional work, Suranjit Paul has been deeply engaged in community service, advocating for social equity, youth empowerment, and inclusive development. His dual role as a legal professional and activist strengthens Mukti Cox’s Bazar’s governance, ensuring that the organization’s work is grounded in both legal accountability and community trust.

Through his involvement in Mukti’s Executive Committee, Advocate Paul contributes strategic guidance and oversight, reinforcing the organization’s credibility and capacity to deliver humanitarian and development programs. 

Kazi Mousumee is a distinguished retired Major of the Bangladesh Army. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree.Following her military career, she has continued to serve the nation through active involvement in civic and social organizations. She is an Executive Member of RAOWA (Retired Armed Forces Officers’ Welfare Association) and currently holds the position of Secretary of Labour and Manpower Affairs in the Central Committee of Muktijoddha Sangsad.

Her background in disciplined service, combined with her leadership in national and community platforms, reflects her commitment to empowerment, justice, and inclusive development. As a member of Mukti Cox’s Bazar’s Executive Committee, Mrs. Mousumee brings strategic insight, organizational discipline, and strong advocacy for community resilience. Her contributions strengthen Mukti’s governance and reinforce its reputation as a trusted humanitarian organization.
